Founder + Head Designer

From an early age, Sandra was fascinated by how spaces could change the way people felt. She was the kid who constantly rearranged her bedroom furniture, begged to help choose new wall colors, and loved tagging along on home improvement store trips. That quiet curiosity for balance and beauty stayed with her, eventually leading her to discover interior design as more than a hobby and rather a calling. 

Before following her creative calling, Sandra earned a degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of St. Thomas and began her career in the corporate world. Yet even after long days at work, she would spend her evenings perfecting her home. Proof design was always on her mind, Sandra launched an Instagram account in 2022 to share her designs and dive deep into the industry. She continued to learn about design theory and the psychology of space, discovering how thoughtful design shapes mood and well-being. By 2025, she was ready to turn that passion into purpose and founded Olive Lane Interiors.

Today, Olive Lane Interiors specializes in modern organic and wabi-sabi traditional design—a blend of natural textures and timeless elements. Sandra’s engineering background gives her a distinct technical edge, combining her attention to detail with her creativity, resulting in spaces that are both livable and luxurious. 

Beyond design, Sandra continues to expand her expertise and refining her craft by mastering rendering software to produce hyper-realistic visuals, staying current on space planning standards, and exploring the latest textiles to ensure every Olive Lane project feels intentional, inspired, and enduring
