We reserve the right to accept or decline any project inquiry at our sole discretion.
Digital Deliverables
Certain services may include digital deliverables such as floor plans, renderings, elevations, drawings, specifications, source lists, schedules, presentations, or other digital files (“Digital Deliverables”). Unless otherwise stated in a written agreement, all Digital Deliverables are provided for the client’s personal use for the specific project for which they were created.
Digital Deliverables remain the intellectual property of the Company. You may not reproduce, distribute, publish, sell, license, modify, or use Digital Deliverables for any other project, commercial purpose, or resale without our prior written consent.
Digital files may not be to scale unless expressly stated. Measurements, dimensions, and site conditions must be independently verified by the client and/or licensed professionals prior to implementation.
Virtual and Remote Design Services
The Company may offer virtual or remote interior design services, which may include online consultations, digital presentations, design recommendations, and Digital Deliverables provided without an in-person site visit. By engaging in virtual design services, you acknowledge and agree that recommendations are based solely on the information, measurements, photographs, and other materials provided by you.
The Company is not responsible for inaccuracies, errors, or omissions resulting from incorrect or incomplete information provided by the client. Virtual design services do not replace the services of licensed contractors, architects, engineers, or other professionals, and the Company makes no representations regarding building codes, structural integrity, or permitting requirements.
Accuracy of Information
While we make reasonable efforts to ensure the accuracy of information on the Site, all Content is provided for general informational purposes only and may not be complete or current. We make no warranties regarding the accuracy, reliability, or completeness of any Content or Digital Deliverables.
