Upon signing, a 50% retainer of the design fee is required. The remaining balance is due prior to the design concept presentation. For procurement, payment is required before any orders are placed. Additional payment terms that are project specific will be clearly outlined in our client agreement.

Q7. What is the typical timeline for project completion?

Project timelines vary based on the scope, scale, and complexity of the work. Virtual design services typically take around two weeks, while full-service projects often range from six months to two years Factors such as client approvals, construction schedules, and product lead times may influence overall timing.

Q2. Do you have a minimum budget? 

At Olive Lane Interiors, we work with a wide range of budgets; however, to achieve the level of quality and transformation we are known for, we recommend a minimum investment of $10,000 per room. This ensures we can source furnishings, finishes, and custom pieces that reflect our design standards and create lasting impact.

Q4. Do you travel outside of Denver?

Yes, I do! While based in Denver, I work with clients across Colorado and throughout the U.S. Every project is fully customizable—so if in-person sessions or site visits are preferred, we can seamlessly integrate them into your service plan.
